Abstract:
In Web 2.0, social networks are increasingly being formed in which users exchange opinions on products. It is important for companies to know how opinions about their products develop in the communication between users of social networks in order to identify opportunities and risks at an early stage. However, manual opinion analysis is very time-consuming and only possible to a limited extent. This paper presents a system that automatically extracts opinions and communication relationships in forums using text mining and identifies opinion leaders and opinion trends using social network analysis.
