Glossary study sustainability communication
How comprehensible do product claims recommended by sustainability experts appear to consumers in Germany? And which claims are most convincing in their contribution to environmental protection and in product selection? To answer these questions, this study investigates what understanding of sustainability claims is currently found among people in Germany. To this end, a Germany-wide online survey was conducted with a total of 999 respondents, who rated more than 20 sustainability claims.
