Innovation Day 2023

The Service Plan Innovation Day, themed "Expanding Horizons," unfolds this year as an opportunity for participants to augment their knowledge in an ever-evolving world, encouraging them to step beyond their comfort zones. In Munich, on the 10th of October 2023, Innovation Day will further offer topic-specific masterclasses with experts, fostering practical insights and exchanges on megatrends in marketing and communication.

Represented by Dr. Carolin Kaiser, Dr. Fabian Buder, and René Schallner, the NIM team hosts a masterclass called "Customer Experience in a World of Technology: From Virtual Reality to Real Robots." This session opens up an intensive exchange of experiences with other decision-makers.
