Professor Kathrin M. Moeslein
Kathrin M. Moeslein, Vice President at the Friedrich-Alexander-Universitaet Erlangen-Nürnberg (FAU), is professor of information systems with a focus on innovation and value creation at FAU’s School of Business, Economics and Society. In the NIM Research Advisory Board, she contributes her expertise in the areas of strategic innovation and innovation systems.
Moeslein has held various positions, including Associate Director of the Advanced Institute of Management Research (AIM) at London Business School, Dean of Research at the School of Business, Economics and Society at FAU, member of the Business School Panel of the UK Research Excellence Framework (UK REF), Vice President of the European Institute for Advanced Studies in Management (EIASM), and Founding Member, Vice President and President of the European Academy of Management (EURAM), which appointed her as its first German fellow in 2015.
She is currently a member of the Standing Committee on Transfer and Cooperation of the German Rectors' Conference (HRK), a board member of the Leipzig Foundation for Innovation and Technology Transfer, a member of the Strategy Committee of the Bavarian Research and Innovation Agency (BayFIA), and a Research Professor and Academic Director of the Center for Leading Innovation and Cooperation (CLIC) at HHL Leipzig Graduate School of Management.
