Analyse der Meinungsentwicklung in Online-Foren - Konzept und Fallstudie
Abstract
Among other things, Web 2.0 is also a global platform for expressing opinions. More and more customers are discussing products online and exchanging experiences. The analysis of online contributions therefore represents an important market research tool. An approach for the automatic identification, aggregation and analysis of opinions by means of text mining is presented and its application is demonstrated using an example from the sporting goods industry.
