Professor Martin Eppler
Martin Eppler is Professor of Media and Communication Management at the University of St. Gallen (HSG) and Director of the =mcm Institute for Media and Communication Management. In the NIM Research Advisory Board, he contributes his expertise in the areas of knowledge management, knowledge visualization, knowledge communication, and information quality.
His research activities have taken him to various institutions as a visiting professor, including the Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta, the Simon Fraser Beedie School of Business in Vancouver, the Central University of Finance and Economics (CUFE) in Beijing, the Universidad del Pacífico in Lima, Peru, and the Aalto University / Helsinki School of Economics in Finland. He has also served as a Senior Visiting Fellow at the University of Cambridge in the United Kingdom and has lectured in various MBA and executive programs across Europe, North and South America, Saudi Arabia, and Asia.
In addition, Eppler works as a consultant and trainer for organizations such as the United Nations, the European Central Bank, Philips, UBS, IATA, KPMG, Swiss Re, GfK, Daimler, and others.
